Materials support information exchange and professional discussion. They are not a contractual offer, navigation instructions or individual investment, engineering or legal advice. A publication does not establish a mandate, partnership, financing or the readiness of a port project.
SOURCES AND IMAGES
Official public sources are linked alongside the relevant material. Consider the source, publication date and verification date. Interpretations and scenarios must be distinguished from established facts. Artistic and AI-generated port illustrations may depict imaginary scenes. They do not prove that a port or facility exists. Third-party materials remain subject to their own rights and usage terms.
CONTACT FORM
The form processes your email address, message, selected language and subject in order to receive, route and answer your inquiry. Submit only information needed for your question. Do not send passwords, payment details or confidential documents through this form.
DELIVERY AND RECEIPT
An inquiry is stored and delivered to the project inbox. A transactional receipt is sent to the submitted email address without repeating the message body. The receipt confirms intake, not a completed review or a commitment to a particular response time. This process does not subscribe you to marketing mail.
RETENTION
Stored inquiries are removed after 90 days unless an active conversation requires longer retention. In that case, retain only the information needed for that conversation and remove it when the purpose ends. This rule applies to the inquiry store and managed correspondence copies. Recovery backups expire under their rotation schedule; restored data remains subject to removal.
PAGE MEASUREMENT
The application records anonymous daily totals by page and language for up to 90 days. This counter uses no cookies and stores no IP addresses, visitor identifiers, query strings or referrers. Hosting and mail systems may keep separate technical logs needed to operate and protect their services.
SERVICES, AI AND EXTERNAL LINKS
Only the hosting and mail services needed for operation handle delivery and infrastructure data. A generative AI account is not connected; inquiry personal data is not sent to language models. The reference guide searches published site materials. Before enabling an external AI service, its data handling and this policy must be reviewed. External source sites have their own terms and policies; a link does not imply endorsement or partnership.
